Imagine fantasy sports, but with one key difference—you become the player. If you're familiar with the concept of fantasy sports, then you already have a good understanding. Assemble a team of your choosing—whether it's a team of 2, 4, or 8 players—and join a league. Engage in a season-long competition where you'll go head-to-head with opponents. Keep in mind that every time you break a sweat, you earn points—and the more points you accumulate, the closer you are to victory.

There's a direct correlation between your efforts and your score. On a daily basis, you can amass points by engaging in a myriad of workouts ranging from pushups to Peloton and virtually any physical activity that allows you to contribute to the leaderboard. If every member of your team achieves 10 points in a single day, you even earn a bonus. And don't worry—if you need to take a day off to recuperate after pushing yourself, it's no problem. Each player enjoys one rest day per week to ensure they can score some much-needed relaxation and self-care.

Stay connected with your teammates through real-time notifications and utilize the commenting and chat features to stay on top of everything (and yes, friendly chit-chat is absolutely encouraged!).
